In 2012, an evaluation of the Rory Resource and training was funded by Alcohol Focus Scotland, NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and West Lothian Alcohol & Drug Partnership.
The resource was independently evaluated by the TASC agency in schools in both Glasgow and West Lothian.

- Teachers like the resource and delivery of Rory in the classroom has been reported and observed as positive.
